Wainman Homes will lead the project in collaboration with the Asheboro Housing Authority. Renovations include replacing plumbing fixtures with new water-conserving fixtures. Increased insulation and replacement of windows with energy efficient windows and the replacement of Heat/AS Units with more unique energy efficient units.
