This Community Development Block Grant-Neighborhood Revitalization Grant is intended to rehabilitate and preserve CASPN Homes at 945 S. Church Street, Asheboro, NC. Wainman Homes will lead the project in collaboration with the Asheboro Housing Authority. Increased insulation and replacement of windows with energy efficient windows and the replacement of Heat/AS Units with more unique energy efficient units.
