Operations personnel serve residents and visitors alike by providing professional and timely responses to all calls for service. The personnel assigned to operations are the publicly visible arm of the Fire Department. They staff the fire apparatus and respond throughout the community.
The Asheboro Fire & Rescue Department is currently staffed with 57 uniformed operations personnel. The department staffs 2 fire stations with three 24-hour shifts. The 2 stations protect three fire districts and seven fire response zones.
